Colliers Facilitates nbkc Bank's Acquisition of 127,000-SF Overland Park Headquarters

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Colliers represented NBT Bank in the acquisition of a seven-story, 127,000-square-foot office building at 7400 West 110th Street in Overland Park, Kansas, the firm announced April 30, 2026. The property will serve as the bank's new headquarters, housing the majority of its Kansas City-based employees and a bank branch in a prominent, easily accessible area of the property.

Acquisition Details

The transaction was led by Bryan Johnson, Principal at Colliers, and Ed Elder, President. Future leasing of available space within the building will be managed by Ryan Biery, Senior Vice President, and Reagan O'Toole, Vice President, both with Colliers in Kansas City. No financial terms for the transaction were disclosed.

The building, constructed in 1989, is located in the Overland Park submarket of the Kansas City metro area. nbkc bank plans to elevate the property to Class A status through site enhancements and the addition of tenant amenities.

nbkc Bank's Relocation Plans

nbkc bank has operated from its headquarters at 8320 Ward Parkway in Kansas City since 2017. The bank plans to relocate its staff to the new Overland Park facility in 2027.
