Dermody has leased 64,891 square feet at LogistiCenter at South Forsyth, a 93,650-square-foot Class A industrial facility at 7515 New Boyd Road in Suwanee, Georgia, to SKYSCAPE Canopies/Awnings Above, the company announced July 6, 2026. Tenant and Facility Details

SKYSCAPE Canopies/Awnings Above is a family-operated company that designs, manufactures and installs custom shade solutions for commercial projects across the United States and Canada, including extruded aluminum canopy systems, trellis, awnings and walkway covers. The company will use LogistiCenter at South Forsyth as its primary operations hub, housing manufacturing and related business functions.

"LogistiCenter at South Forsyth is an ideal fit for us as we continue to expand our business throughout North America," said Jerry French, President of SKYSCAPE Canopies/Awnings Above. "Its strategic location and close proximity to our former facility will help ensure operational continuity while providing the space and efficiencies needed to support future growth. The facility's state-of-the-art design and modern aesthetic also made it an attractive choice for our business."

Following the lease, 28,759 square feet remains available for immediate occupancy at the property, which sits within Johns Creek Technology Park on the southern edge of Forsyth County.

Location and Access

LogistiCenter at South Forsyth offers access to Interstate 85, Georgia State Route 400 and Interstate 285. Dermody has described the property as suited for small-to-midsized manufacturing, distribution and warehouse users seeking proximity to a dense residential base and labor pool in the Northeast Atlanta market.

"This lease reinforces the strong demand we anticipated for high-quality logistics space in the broader Northeast Atlanta market," said Wes Hardy, Southeast Region Partner at Dermody. "With its prime location, contemporary design and access to a highly skilled workforce, the facility is well-positioned to support our customer's long-term growth and success."
