Henley US and Gillette Development officially launched sales on January 29, 2026, for The Halcyon Residences & Marina, a 66-unit waterfront development in downtown Naples, Florida. The development, featuring residences starting at under $3 million, opened an immersive, appointment-only sales gallery as the project advances toward an anticipated groundbreaking in 2027 and completion in late 2029.

Immersive Sales Gallery Opens in Downtown Naples

Located at 1933 Davis Blvd, Naples, FL 34104, the 5,000-plus-square-foot sales gallery introduces prospective buyers to the waterfront project through a multi-sensory environment. The gallery features full-scale rooms, a 3D model, an interactive sales platform, and a full-sized pickleball court available for resident use immediately upon purchase.

The gallery sits at the property's downtown marina location with direct access to Naples' Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf. An expansive patio provides seating for approximately 50 guests, with curated seating vignettes overlooking the docks and slips. The on-site pickleball court and players' lounge offer buyers an early look at the community's resort-style amenities.
