Intuitive Health and Baptist Health Hardin Open 24,000-Square-Foot Combined ER and Urgent Care Facility in Radcliff, Kentucky
RADCLIFF, KY — Intuitive Health and Baptist Health Hardin have officially opened a 24,000-square-foot combined emergency room and urgent care facility in Radcliff, Kentucky, marking the fourth hybrid healthcare site in the two organizations' expanding regional partnership.
The two-story building at 2763 Centennial Ave. held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 10, 2026, and opened to the public on September 14. The emergency department operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while urgent care billing is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Facility Configuration and Clinical Services
The Radcliff building houses the combined emergency department and urgent care on its first floor, along with a dedicated ambulance entrance. The second floor is home to a primary care practice. On-site imaging services — including CT, X-ray, ultrasound and EKG — as well as laboratory services are available around the clock.
The facility serves a market covered by Baptist Health Hardin, which provides care to approximately 400,000 residents across 10 central Kentucky counties: Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge, Grayson, Nelson, Hart, Bullitt, Green and Taylor. The Elizabethtown-based hospital system operates 300 acute care beds and a network of more than 700 physicians and advanced practice providers across more than 25 specialties.
Partnership Expands Regional Footprint
The Radcliff opening is the fourth operating location in the Baptist Health–Intuitive Health hybrid ER and urgent care network across Kentucky and Indiana. The three existing sites are located in Jeffersonville, Indiana, at 3516 East 10th Street; in Louisville's Blankenbaker area at 11701 Bluegrass Pkwy., Suite 100; and in Louisville's Glenmary neighborhood at 7702 Bardstown Road, an approximately 11,000-square-foot facility near the Gene Snyder Freeway.
Two additional locations are in active development. A facility in Sellersburg, Indiana, and another in Georgetown, Kentucky, are both expected to open in the near term, according to the announcement.

About the Partnership Model
Dallas-based Intuitive Health pioneered the combined emergency room and urgent care model when it was founded in 2008. The company partners with health systems to build, operate and launch retail healthcare facilities that provide both urgent care and emergency room services under one roof. Intuitive Health currently partners with health systems across Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
Baptist Health Hardin is one of the largest employers in Hardin County, with more than 2,900 employees and an active volunteer corps of more than 100. The system has earned the Pathway to Excellence designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center twice and holds designations including an accredited chest pain center, a certified stroke center and a Pediatric Ready Emergency Department designation from the Kentucky Emergency Medical Services for Children Program.
