Landmark Properties Appoints Rowan Pinkerton as Director of Construction for UK & Europe

LONDON — Landmark Properties, a real estate investment management firm headquartered in Athens, Georgia, announced on April 20, 2026, the appointment of Rowan Pinkerton as Director of Construction for the United Kingdom and Europe. Pinkerton will be based in the firm's London office and will report to Jenell Schroeder, Vice President of Construction – UK.

Expanding the UK Construction Team

The appointment is part of Landmark Properties' ongoing effort to grow its pan-European construction team and advance its student accommodation and residential investment platform. Pinkerton brings more than 15 years of construction leadership experience, having most recently served as Project Director at Bovis. Prior to that role, he spent nine years as Project Director at Lendlease, working across the United Kingdom and Australia.

In his new role, Pinkerton will oversee the development and implementation of Landmark Properties' construction plans while managing relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. The firm described his background as encompassing large-scale residential projects and complex urban regeneration work.

The hire directly supports Landmark Properties' development pipeline, which the firm reports includes more than 50 student and multifamily projects either under construction or approaching near-term start, with an estimated combined value exceeding $10 billion. Pinkerton's appointment adds construction execution capacity to the London office as the firm works to bring its student accommodation expertise to European markets.
