Mill Creek Residential Breaks Ground on 359-Unit Modera Neptune in Oceanside, California
Mill Creek Residential has broken ground on Modera Neptune, a 359-unit contemporary midrise multifamily community situated at 901 N Coast Highway near the intersection of Neptune Way in Oceanside, California, the company announced March 31, 2026.
The podium-style, eight-story development will also include a horizontally integrated 62-room boutique hotel that will operate independently and without access to the residential portion of the building. First move-ins are anticipated for fall 2028.
Coastal Location and Transit Access
Modera Neptune is situated within walking distance of Strand Beach and Ocean Harbor Beach, and moments west of Interstate 5. The community carries a Walk Score of 85 and is surrounded by a range of eateries, breweries and cocktail bars.
