WASHINGTON, D.C. — June 11, 2026 — National Real Estate Advisors has acquired two fully leased medical properties in Great Falls, Montana and Winter Garden, Florida, the firm announced, expanding its healthcare real estate platform on behalf of institutional clients. The assets have been integrated into an existing commercial real estate financing structure with Capital One, National Association.

The acquisitions add a multi-building healthcare campus in Great Falls and a purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation facility in the Orlando metropolitan area to the firm's diversified portfolio. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Great Falls Healthcare Campus

The Great Falls property is a 244,520-square-foot healthcare campus comprising multiple buildings, all of which are fully leased. The campus is anchored by Great Falls Clinic and includes an ambulatory surgery center, a 46-bed hospital and a medical office building. According to the firm, the facilities operate as an integrated healthcare hub supporting a broad range of outpatient and inpatient services for the surrounding community.

Winter Garden Rehabilitation Facility

The Winter Garden property is a purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the Orlando metropolitan area. The single-building asset is fully leased to PAM Health (PAM), a specialty healthcare operator. National Real Estate Advisors described the facility as supporting a high-acuity patient population and playing a key role in post-acute care delivery in the region.
