OMNIDOCKS, a Frankfurt-based project developer, and PRODAC Industrial Real Estate have completed the RUHR Logistics Park in Castrop-Rauxel, delivering a modern 8,505-square-meter logistics and warehouse facility that is now available to lease. The property at Klöckner Strasse 55 was finished on schedule and is positioned for exclusive single-tenant occupancy in the Ruhr region of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Property Specifications and Site Details
The RUHR Logistics Park was developed on a former industrial site spanning approximately 18,300 square meters. The completed building comprises roughly 7,575 square meters of warehouse space, approximately 580 square meters of office and staff facilities, and around 350 square meters of mezzanine space. The facility features a clear height of 9.50 meters to the underside of the beams, nine dock-level loading doors, and one ground-level door — a configuration suited to logistics, warehousing, and light industrial operations.
Up to 90 car parking spaces are available on site, along with electric vehicle charging infrastructure for employees and visitors.
Sustainability and Certification
The property was developed with a focus on resource efficiency. The project is pursuing DGNB Gold certification. A planned rooftop photovoltaic system will generate renewable electricity, portions of the roof will be landscaped with vegetation, and heat pumps will provide heating without the use of fossil fuels.

Modevconsult GmbH, based in Weinheim, served as technical project manager. Goldbeck International acted as general contractor for the construction. Engel & Völkers Dortmund intermediated the acquisition of the site.
