PAMERA Real Estate Group Exceeds €2 Billion in Assets Under Management

PAMERA Real Estate Partners has reported assets under management surpassing €2 billion following acquisitions totaling over €300 million. The real estate family and investment office completed the transactions across Germany and the United States during the 2025 financial year, implementing what the firm describes as a countercyclical investment strategy in a challenging market environment.

The PAMERA Real Estate Group now manages nearly 100 properties encompassing approximately 440,000 square meters of rental space. The growth resulted from both direct property acquisitions and new asset management mandates secured throughout the year.

US Expansion Drives Growth

International expansion in the United States served as a key growth driver for PAMERA Real Estate Partners. Since establishing PAMERA North America LLC in 2024, the firm has acquired properties valued at over USD 440 million in the metropolitan regions of New York, Raleigh, and Denver. All acquired properties are actively managed by PAMERA's own employees based in New York City.

German Market Activity Continues

In Germany, PAMERA Real Estate Partners maintained its investment activity. The firm plans to open a fourth German office in Leipzig in March 2026, joining existing locations in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin.

Strategic Positioning for Continued Growth

"The market turmoil of recent years continues to open up attractive entry opportunities for well-capitalized and locally anchored investors," said Christoph Zapp and Karl Groß von Trockau, the two managing partners of PAMERA Real Estate Partners. "We see an environment in both the US and Germany that allows for selective acquisitions and further organic growth. We therefore expect our sustainable growth course to continue in 2026."

The PAMERA Real Estate Group considers itself well equipped to navigate current market conditions through its combined investment and asset management expertise and local presence across multiple markets. The firm plans to continue leveraging the current market situation for countercyclical investments with a clear focus on North American real estate markets while pursuing attractive opportunities in Germany.
