PAMERA Real Estate Partners Completes Mixed-Use Real Estate Acquisition on Elizabeth Street in Manhattan's Nolita
PAMERA North America, LLC, the New York-based arm of Munich's PAMERA Real Estate Partners, has completed a real estate acquisition of two mixed-use buildings in Manhattan's Nolita neighborhood. The transaction was closed on schedule at the end of January 2026, marking another expansion of the firm's North American portfolio.
The properties are located at 236 and 242 Elizabeth Street in Lower Manhattan. The buildings combine free-market apartments without rent control and retail real estate leased to established brand tenants on long-term agreements.
Real Estate Development and Property Details
The two Elizabeth Street properties feature modern residential units with contemporary amenities alongside retail space occupied by strong-brand users. The location is characterized by high demand, limited new construction activity, and attractiveness for quality-conscious residential and retail tenants, according to the firm.
The buildings blend into Nolita's characteristic urban environment. The properties feature free-market apartments without rent control in the residential component.
Strategic Real Estate Acquisition for North American Expansion
With this real estate acquisition, PAMERA continues its strategy of investing in prime urban locations with sustainable value appreciation potential. The firm focuses on properties with solid substance, without rent control in the residential sector, and with clear operational development strategies.
PAMERA North America is part of the multi-family office PAMERA Real Estate Group based in Munich.
Partnership and Property Management
The transaction was executed in collaboration with local joint venture partner Targo Capital Partners, which will handle on-site operational property management.
