Periskop Logistics Leases 10,000-Sqm Logistics Facility in Bad Hersfeld to EDEKA Group Subsidiary

The Periskop Logistics Fund has signed a long-term lease agreement with LINOVAG LADENBAU GmbH for a newly constructed, ESG-compliant logistics property of approximately 10,000 square meters in Bad Hersfeld, Hesse. The facility is located at Berliner Straße 1 and represents the second new development on the site.

Strategic Logistics Site Expansion

The property is situated directly on the A4 motorway, providing access to major economic regions throughout Germany within three to four hours. Frankfurt am Main can be reached in approximately 1.5 hours. A bus stop adjacent to the property provides access to Bad Hersfeld's train station.

The development continues the strategic expansion of the site, which spans more than 200,000 square meters. Additional development potential remains available for future construction projects.

Tenant Agreement

Tenant Expands Regional Presence

LINOVAG LADENBAU GmbH, part of the EDEKA Group, is a system manufacturer in shopfitting. The company designs, manufactures, and implements customized retail interior concepts and product presentation systems, particularly for the grocery retail sector. The new facility will expand the company's existing site in Bad Hersfeld.

Transaction Details

CBRE acted as the intermediary in the transaction. The lease agreement was signed on a long-term basis. Periskop Logistics GmbH indicated that interested companies may contact the firm directly regarding additional development opportunities at the Bad Hersfeld site.
