Porsche Cars North America Leases 301,140 SF as First Tenant at Scannell Properties' Speedway III Industrial Park in Fort Worth

Scannell Properties has completed a 301,140-square-foot industrial building for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA), marking the first tenant lease at the developer's Speedway III Industrial Park in Fort Worth, Texas.

PCNA is the first tenant real estate commitment at the three-building industrial park located next to Texas Motor Speedway. The company moved into the facility in October 2025, according to Scannell Properties.

Warehouse Real Estate Facility Details

The LEED Silver-certified warehouse real estate features a 36-foot clear height and full HVAC throughout the building. The facility includes approximately 5,775 square feet of office space and a 14,250-square-foot training center designed for technician education.

According to PCNA, the new facility will accelerate turnaround times for both parts distribution and technician training operations.

Speedway III Industrial Real Estate Development

Beyond the PCNA building, the industrial real estate development includes a 163,488-square-foot build-to-suit building currently under contract. A 239,060-square-foot speculative building completed in November 2025 remains available for lease.
