Realterm Acquires 70,004-SF Truck Terminal and Maintenance Facility in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Dec. 1, 2025) — Realterm announced the acquisition of a 70,004-square-foot truck terminal and maintenance facility at 7500 Statesville Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Property Details
The 13.72-acre property includes a 58,184-square-foot, 94-door truck terminal and an 11,820-square-foot, 15-door maintenance shop. The facility is fully paved, lit, and secured, and is currently leased to FedEx. It is located near both Interstate 77 and Interstate 85, providing access to major transportation routes across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Company Commentary
Arnie Capute, vice president of investments for Realterm’s East Region, said the acquisition reflects the firm’s focus on investing in logistics infrastructure that supports transportation users. “The quality of the asset combined with the favorable supply-demand dynamics in Charlotte creates an ideal foundation for sustainable growth,” Capute said in a statement.
Stephen Panos, managing director and senior fund manager at Realterm, noted that Charlotte’s industrial market benefits from strong population growth, major employers, and interstate connectivity. “With severe supply constraints, high barriers to entry, and limited truck terminal availability in the market, we believe this acquisition represents a compelling long-term investment opportunity,” Panos said.
