AVE Station House will rise 13 stories and introduce 300 residences to the RiNo Arts District. In addition to its residential component, the development will feature activated ground-floor retail designed to enhance the neighborhood's pedestrian experience.

The project's partners — OZ Architecture, Korman Communities, Invent Development Partners, and Halpern Real Estate Ventures — are involved alongside RXR in the development.
