Stream Realty Partners Secures 52,786 SF in Office Leases at Continuum Alpharetta
Stream Realty Partners has secured two long-term office leases totaling 52,786 square feet at Continuum Alpharetta, a 515,000-square-foot phased redevelopment located at 5555 Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Kawneer, an American manufacturer of architectural aluminum systems and products, signed a 29,403-square-foot lease, while DataScan, a global leader in dealer commercial lending solutions, signed a 23,383-square-foot lease. Both commitments are scheduled to commence in mid-2026.
Development at Continuum Alpharetta
The leases follow the delivery of Phase I improvements at Continuum Alpharetta in August 2025. The property is undergoing a phased redevelopment on approximately 52 acres at the intersection of Georgia State Route 400 in the North Fulton submarket.

Kawneer and DataScan join an existing tenant roster that includes Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HPI Inc. at the property.

The redevelopment delivers a hospitality-inspired, campus-style environment featuring amenities designed to support collaboration, productivity, wellness, and employee engagement. The property includes a large-scale conference center with breakout capabilities, a full-service gourmet café offering coffee, breakfast, and lunch, and a tenant game lounge.
Additional amenities include two golf simulators, a state-of-the-art fitness center with locker rooms, towel service, and showers, a dedicated yoga studio, and multiple outdoor lounge and collaboration areas throughout the property.
The property is located near Alpharetta's mixed-use destinations, major roadways, and surrounding residential communities.
