POOLER, Ga. — Thompson Thrift has completed construction on The Liliana, a 360-unit Class A multifamily community in Pooler, Georgia, hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 30, 2026, to mark the project's official grand opening. Resident move-ins began in July 2025, with construction wrapping up in April 2026.

The development represents Thompson Thrift's first multifamily project in the Savannah region and its second in Georgia. The firm operates from offices in Indianapolis and Terre Haute, Indiana; Denver; Houston; and Phoenix.

The property's location places residents near the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport, as well as a Publix-anchored grocery center and a newly constructed Costco, in addition to local retail, dining, and entertainment options.
