MEDLEY, Fla. — Transwestern announced June 9 that its South Florida industrial team brokered three new leases totaling 115,896 square feet at Sycamore Logistics Center, a Class A industrial real estate park located at 8593 NW 96th Street in Medley, Florida. The transactions were completed on behalf of the property owner, Link Logistics, and range in size from 27,086 to 61,724 square feet.

Property Features and Remaining Availability

Sycamore Logistics Center holds LEED Gold certification and offers preconfigured units ranging from approximately 27,086 to 173,000 square feet, with existing office build-outs and customizable configurations. The park features 36-foot clear heights and a high door count, specifications that position it for high-volume, last-mile logistics and warehouse users.

The property fronts Okeechobee Road and provides direct access to the Palmetto Expressway, with proximity to Interstate 75, Florida's Turnpike, the Dolphin Expressway, and Miami International Airport.

Following the three new leases, between 41,000 and 110,000 square feet remains available for lease at the park.

"Sycamore Logistics Center meets the flight-to-quality demand we see in Miami's industrial market, offering a modern design with a 36-foot clear height, along with an exceptional location and accessibility," said Carlos Gaviria, Senior Vice President at Transwestern. "The property is ideal for high-volume, last-mile logistics and warehouse users seeking efficient, move-in-ready space."
