Transwestern Promotes Amanda Hansen to Lead Dallas Property Management Operations

DALLAS — Transwestern has promoted Amanda Hansen to Managing Senior Vice President, placing her in charge of property management operations for the firm's Dallas market, the company announced Feb. 25, 2026. Hansen succeeds Mike Ogden, who is set to retire at the end of March after 25 years of leadership that helped shape Transwestern's Dallas culture and client relationships.
Leadership Transition in Dallas
"Amanda is an exceptional leader whose operational insight, client focus and ability to elevate teams make her the perfect person to guide our asset services platform in Dallas," said Paul Wittorf, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader at Transwestern in Dallas. "Her leadership will build on the strong foundation Mike Ogden established over the past 25 years and position us for continued growth and excellence."
Hansen's Background Spans Multiple Commercial Real Estate Asset Types
Hansen brings more than 17 years of commercial property management experience to the role. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager for CityLine, a 2.2 million-square-foot Class A mixed-use development in Richardson, Texas, where she oversaw tenant and owner relations, operations, budgeting, capital projects and team leadership.
Her career spans Class A office, industrial business parks, medical office buildings and retail assets, representing a range of institutional and private clients.
Hansen is an active member of BOMA, serving as the 2026 BOMA Foundation Endowment Committee Chair, and previously contributed to the organization's Government Affairs Committee. She holds an RPA designation from BOMI International and is a graduate of the Harvard Manager Mentor Training Program.
"Amanda's depth of experience and her commitment to delivering best-in-class service will strengthen the value we provide to owners and occupiers across the region," said Andy Clagg, Executive Managing Director of Asset Services at Transwestern. "She brings a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach that will continue to elevate our platform and support our clients' long-term goals."
Transwestern's Asset Services Platform
Transwestern's Asset Services platform encompasses more than 250 million square feet across more than 1,000 properties nationwide. The platform is built around financial reporting, capital planning, building operations, sustainability, hospitality and technology integration, according to the firm.
Succession Planning
Ogden's retirement marks the conclusion of a 25-year tenure during which he helped define Transwestern's operational culture and client relationships in Dallas. The firm promoted Hansen from within rather than conducting an external search.
