ATLANTA — Transwestern has promoted Emily Sircy to Managing Senior Vice President of Asset Services, the firm announced Feb. 19, 2026. In her new role, Sircy will provide strategic leadership to property management, engineering, and accounting teams overseeing a 17-million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial, and healthcare properties.

Sircy succeeds Russell Lipscomb, who is retiring at the end of March after nearly 20 years with the firm. The two have worked together for 15 years, a tenure that Transwestern's Southeast Region Leader Nathan Knowles cited as a key factor in ensuring a smooth leadership transition.

Leadership Transition

"Emily has worked in tandem with Russell for the last 15 years. Her deep market knowledge and operational expertise will ensure Transwestern-managed properties set the benchmark for excellence while remaining agile and forward-thinking," said Knowles. "A natural mentor, Emily's ability to empower colleagues to exceed what's possible through collaboration, innovation, and accountability will enhance our integrated team approach to delivering a responsive end-to-end experience for our clients, partners, and investors."

Knowles also acknowledged Lipscomb's contributions: "We are thankful for Russell's many years of service. His vision, steady leadership and ability to adapt to changing market demands have been instrumental in the success of Transwestern Asset Services in the Southeast."

Sircy's Background

Sircy joined Transwestern in 2010, bringing prior experience from Hines, where she served as a Senior Real Estate Manager, and from Taylor & Mathis, where she supported the leasing team. She holds a bachelor's degree from Oglethorpe University and has served as a long-time member of the Livable Buckhead Board of Directors.

In her expanded role, Sircy will be responsible for driving consistent service delivery and operational excellence aligned with the firm's standards and client objectives, as well as leading initiatives to enhance performance and grow Transwestern's portfolio under management.

"Transwestern's uniquely personal approach prioritizes long-term relationships built on integrity, consistency, and reliability," Sircy said. "I am grateful for Russell's collaborative partnership over the past 15 years, and I am eager to continue leading."
