Transwestern has completed the sale of Clayton Technology Center, a 265,775-square-foot Class A industrial real estate asset in Ellenwood, Georgia, to CenterPoint Properties, the firms announced May 19, 2026. The property, developed in partnership with Transwestern Development and delivered in 2024, is located in Clayton County within metro Atlanta's South Atlanta submarket.
