Trumark Homes Launches Two East Bay Townhome Communities in San Ramon and Danville

SAN RAMON/DANVILLE, Calif. — May 28, 2026 — Trumark Homes announced plans to open two new townhome-style condominium communities in California's East Bay, adding 185 for-sale units to the Tri-Valley submarket. Deerwood Heights in San Ramon and The Orchard in Danville are both scheduled to begin pre-sales and open model homes this summer, with pricing anticipated to start in the mid-$1 millions at each location.
Two Communities, One Submarket
Both communities are situated within the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and offer access to Interstate 680. The communities are also near the City Center at Bishop Ranch, popular shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, as well as the Iron Horse Trail, parks, and several golf courses.
"The Orchard and Deerwood Heights were thoughtfully designed in prime Tri-Valley locations with the space and functionality that Northern California buyers are looking for in today's market," said Tony Bosowski, Northern California Division President at Trumark Homes. "Each community reflects the intentionality that goes into every Trumark home, from floor plans and amenities to the neighborhoods we choose. The positive response we have received so far echoes the demand that exists."
Deerwood Heights: 61 Units in San Ramon
Deerwood Heights will comprise 61 three-story townhome-style condominiums across four distinct floor plans. Units range from 1,399 square feet to 2,001 square feet and include three bedrooms, three to three-and-a-half bathrooms, open-concept living areas, two-car garages, and second-floor decks. Depending on the floor plan, residences also offer first-floor bedrooms or den and office configurations. Community amenities include a tot lot. Pricing is anticipated to start in the mid-$1 millions, according to Trumark Homes.
The Orchard: 124 Units Adjacent to Preserved Parkland in Danville
The Orchard is the larger of the two projects, featuring 124 three-story townhome-style condominiums across four floor plans ranging from 1,507 square feet to 1,799 square feet. Units offer two to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, with two-car garages included across all plans. Neighborhood amenities include a pocket park with tot lot, BBQ grilling stations, and outdoor seating areas. The community is situated adjacent to approximately 17 acres of preserved agricultural parkland. Pricing is also anticipated to start in the mid-$1 millions.
Northern California Expansion Continues
The two East Bay launches are part of a broader Northern California footprint for Trumark Homes. The company currently has communities actively selling homes in Dublin, including Parkton and Francis Ranch; Skyline in Alameda; Apricot Estates in Brentwood; Dawn, Vida, and Origin at the Collective 55+ community in Manteca; and Arroyo Crossings in Livermore.
"Northern California continues to be one of the most dynamic and high-demand housing markets, and we remain committed to increasing available inventory with a variety of home types and options to meet the needs of all buyers," Bosowski added.
Land acquisition costs, entitlement details, and financing terms for either project were not disclosed. Trumark Homes did not disclose the underlying parcel addresses in the announcement.
