The acquired property includes 17 buildings totaling approximately 34,000 square meters, comprising 477 residential units, six commercial units, and 520 parking spaces. The residential estate is situated in Mahlow, a suburban area with direct rail access to Berlin’s city center and proximity to major infrastructure projects such as Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
