Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation Raises $149M for Senior Housing Portfolio in Arizona, Missouri and Tennessee
OAK BROOK, Ill. — Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation announced it has closed more than $149 million in capital for its National Senior Living Portfolio DST, a private investment offering that includes three Class-A senior housing communities across Arizona, Missouri and Tennessee.
Inland Investments Expands Senior Housing Portfolio
The portfolio, sponsored by Inland Private Capital Corporation, includes a total of 635 units across three Clarendale communities: Clarendale of Chandler in Chandler, Arizona; Clarendale of St. Peters in St. Peters, Missouri; and Clarendale at Indian Lake in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Each property offers independent living, assisted living and memory care options.
According to Inland Investments, all three communities are newly developed and well-leased, featuring amenities such as full-service restaurants, bistros or cafés, theater rooms, fitness centers, salons, art studios, swimming pools, lounges and pet-friendly areas. The properties are located near retail options, healthcare providers and recreational areas.
Demographic Trends Driving Demand
“Demographic shifts and the post-pandemic economy continue to define the senior living sector’s investment landscape throughout this decade,” said Nati Kiferbaum, chief strategy officer of Inland Investments. “The aging U.S. population, significantly limited new supply of communities and increasing life expectancy are all at the forefront driving senior living demand.”
Ella Neyland, interim chief executive officer of Inland Investments, said the firm is pleased to provide investors access to an asset type that complements its broader investment offerings. “We anticipate organic demand driven by the aging population with an increasing life expectancy will continue to propel performance in the senior living sector for years to come,” Neyland said.
Inland’s Senior Living Portfolio
Inland Investments’ senior living portfolio totals approximately $800 million in assets under management as of June 30, 2025, spanning 15 communities nationwide. The firm continues to expand its platform through investments in markets with strong demographic fundamentals.
