CHICAGO — JLL announced March 4, 2026, the appointments of two senior industry leaders to its Value & Risk Advisory business, pairing global risk management expertise with operational leadership as the firm responds to what it describes as growing institutional demand for integrated valuation and advisory services.
Becci Curry joins as Global Head of Strategy, Quality Management & Institutional Lead, and Eric Durden joins as U.S. Head of Value & Risk Advisory. The two will co-lead a joint program focused on delivering advisory solutions for lenders and investors.
Strategic Appointments Signal Firm Investment
The hires represent a significant investment in JLL's advisory capabilities. Alexandra Bryant, Global CEO of JLL Value & Risk Advisory, framed the appointments as a response to evolving client needs.
