CHICAGO — LaSalle Investment Management announced a global leadership transition that will see Brad Gries promoted to Global Chief Executive Officer and Tim Kessler named President, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Outgoing Global CEO Mark Gabbay will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.
Leadership Changes at LaSalle Investment Management
According to the firm, Gries will continue to serve as Head of the Americas and remain based in Chicago. He has been a member of LaSalle’s Global Management Committee since 2021 and will report to Richard Bloxam, CEO of JLL Capital Markets and a member of JLL’s Global Executive Board. Kessler, also based in Chicago, will assume the role of President in addition to his current responsibilities as Global Chief Operating Officer.
