LONDON — June 3, 2026 — Newmark has named Stephen Wolfe as UK Head of Occupier Solutions, the firm announced, as corporate occupiers increasingly seek integrated, multi-geography counsel from a single adviser.

Wolfe joins with more than three decades of experience in property and advisory, specializing in strategic counsel to large corporate occupiers. He previously served on the UK Board and as Head of Commercial at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and earlier led the Occupier Solutions and Valuation business at Strutt & Parker.

Role and Responsibilities

In his new role, Wolfe will be responsible for the full suite of Newmark's Occupier Solutions in the UK, with a focus on strategic expansion and service delivery. He will work closely with Peter Trollope, Global Head of Occupier Solutions at Newmark.

Alongside the appointment, James Southey, Partner, will lead Newmark's UK Enterprise Transaction Management offering and oversee the delivery of Newmark's full and multiservice UK account programme.

Leadership Commentary

Simon Prichard, Head of UK at Newmark, framed the appointment around client expectations. "The UK is a market where corporate occupiers expect their advisers to think beyond a single instruction and stay with them through every stage of an estate," Prichard said. "Stephen is a senior, client-trusted leader and his appointment gives the UK business leadership of the calibre those long-term relationships demand. What clients value from us is judgement they can rely on, taken at the right level and held to account in the detail as well as the strategy."

Peter Trollope pointed to shifting client expectations as the driver behind the hire. "Corporate occupiers are asking more of their advisers — sharper portfolio strategy, tighter execution and a single team they can rely on across geographies," Trollope said. "With Stephen at the helm, the team is well-placed to advise on and deliver a first-class integrated service. Newmark is intentionally investing in the very best talent so our clients excel."

Newmark's Occupier Solutions Platform

Newmark describes its Occupier Solutions platform as data-driven and technology-enabled, designed to help clients optimize cost, mitigate risk, and drive operational efficiency across local, regional, and global real estate portfolios. The firm says the platform supports clients entering new markets, rationalizing footprints, or reimagining space, combining subject matter expertise, strategic partnerships, data, and technology to deliver outcomes through customized strategy, scalable partnerships, and purpose-built teams.

Newmark's Global Platform

For the twelve months ended March 31, 2026, Newmark generated revenues of more than $3.4 billion. As of the same date, Newmark and its business partners operated from over 185 offices with more than 9,600 professionals across four continents.
