Transwestern Hires Mark Sabatino as National Healthcare Asset Services Leader to Drive Real Estate Platform Growth
HOUSTON — Transwestern has named Mark Sabatino, CCIM, CPM, RPA as Managing Senior Vice President – Asset Services on its National Healthcare Advisory Services team, the firm announced March 10. Sabatino will oversee healthcare property management operations nationally and support the continued expansion of Transwestern's healthcare real estate platform.
New Leadership Role Within Healthcare Real Estate Platform
Sabatino will report directly to Blake Williams, Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Advisory Services, Laboratory and Life Sciences at Transwestern Services. In his new role, he is charged with overseeing healthcare property management operations across the firm's national portfolio while supporting broader platform growth.
"Mark's depth of experience positions us to better support the full spectrum of clients we serve, from investors to physicians to hospital systems," Williams said. "As we continue to grow our healthcare advisory services, his leadership will enhance operational consistency while strengthening relationships across the country."
Sabatino's Background in Healthcare and Office Real Estate
Sabatino brings more than 25 years of experience in asset management, leasing, and property management across medical outpatient, life sciences, industrial, and office real estate portfolios with a combined value exceeding $3 billion. He has completed more than $500 million in lease negotiations, with a track record focused on occupancy growth, net operating income improvement, and long-term value creation across multiple markets.
Most recently, Sabatino served at Healthpeak (NYSE: DOC), where he focused on healthcare real estate operations and portfolio performance.
