"We are proud to continue supporting ownership in maintaining Intellicenter as a fully leased, high-performing asset," said Mark Maggard. "This renewal highlights both strength of the asset and the long-term value it provides to institutional users like the University of Georgia's Gwinnett Campus."
Christopher Wideman, President of The Wideman Company, said the renewal reflects the firm's core investment approach. "Retaining exceptional tenants is central to our investment strategy, and this renewal is a testament to the strength of the property, the Northeast Atlanta market, and the collaborative effort between our leasing team and ownership. We look forward to continuing to serve the Foundation well into the future."
