DALLAS — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a seven-building, 1.6 million-square-foot industrial real estate portfolio on behalf of an unnamed institutional owner, the firm announced Feb. 20, 2026. The multi-market portfolio spans properties in Dallas-Fort Worth, the Inland Empire West submarket of California, Salt Lake City, and the Murfreesboro/Nashville area of Tennessee. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Portfolio Overview and Asset Details

The seven-building industrial portfolio was approximately 97% leased at the time of sale to a mix of national and regional tenants. The assets feature industrial specifications including ESFR sprinkler systems, 30-foot clear heights, dedicated truck courts, and trailer and car parking.

The Dallas-Fort Worth component, located in Carrollton, Texas, comprises three buildings: Valwood A (201,354 square feet), Valwood C (134,266 square feet), and Valwood D (127,620 square feet). In the Inland Empire West submarket of Chino, California, the Chino Distribution Center totals 409,930 square feet and was fully leased at sale. In Salt Lake City, Utah, Salt Lake Distribution Center I and Salt Lake Distribution Center II each span 190,000 square feet and were also fully leased. The portfolio's Tennessee asset, Elam Farms Distribution Center II in Murfreesboro, totals 363,500 square feet and was fully leased at the time of the transaction.
