Cushman & Wakefield Expands Northeast Retail Investment Sales Team With Joanna Manfro Appointment

NEW YORK — Dec. 3, 2025 — Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of Joanna Manfro as Managing Director for Northeast Retail Investment Sales.

In her new role, Manfro will focus on advancing client advisory services, expanding market relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the Northeast. She joins the firm’s Tri-State Capital Markets team and the National Retail Investment Advisors (RIA) team led by Vice Chair Mark Gilbert. She will work alongside Executive Managing Director Frank DiTommaso under the direction of Executive Regional Director Peter Bronsnick.

Experience in Retail Real Estate and Acquisitions

Manfro has more than 15 years of experience in the retail sector, spanning REIT acquisitions and multi-tenant retail brokerage. Her market knowledge and client-focused approach make her a strong addition to the Cushman & Wakefield team. She will collaborate with DiTommaso and Max Helfman, Associate Director, to expand the firm’s retail investment platform across the Northeast region.
