Kimco Realty and Bozzuto have opened Coulter Place in Ardmore, PA, introducing the first apartment community to Suburban Square, one of the country's first open-air shopping centers. The multifamily real estate development brings modern residential living to the Philadelphia Main Line market.

The five-story, mixed-use real estate development delivers 131 apartment homes integrated with approximately 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail real estate space. The project is designed to meet demand for housing connected to walkable retail, dining and transit.
