C3M Power Systems, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, has signed a lease for more than 141,000 square feet at The Silverman Group's Capital Interstate Logistics Center in Forestville, Maryland. The deal consolidates C3M's two existing Maryland operations into a single facility at 3300 Marlo Lane, which Silverman Group acquired in May 2026 for $25 million and is repositioning as a regional distribution hub.
