Stream Realty Partners Adds Four Senior Hires to Bolster Houston Office Tenant Representation Team

HOUSTON — May 4, 2026 — Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm, has expanded its Houston office with the addition of four senior professionals to its tenant representation platform. The firm named Chris Oliver, David Guion, and Trey Strake as Vice Chairmen and Albert Spiers as Vice President, according to an announcement from the Dallas-headquartered company.
The four professionals join from Cushman & Wakefield, where they consistently ranked among the firm's top producers locally and nationally. Together with existing Managing Director & Vice Chairman Lucian Bukowski, the expanded group brings more than 90 years of combined experience advising major corporate office users across Houston and beyond.
Expanding Houston's Tenant Representation Team
The new hires are positioned to work alongside Bukowski as part of Stream's growing tenant representation platform, focusing on large, complex corporate assignments including headquarters transactions, build-to-suit developments, synthetic and credit tenant leases, and other high-impact deals in the Houston market.
"When you look at the collective experience of Trey, Chris, David, and Albert alongside Lucian, there are few teams in Houston with a deeper track record advising clients on large, complex assignments," said Kyle Valentine, Executive Managing Director & Partner overseeing Stream's Houston office. "They have been involved in a significant number of headquarters transactions, build-to-suit developments, synthetic and credit tenant leases, and other high-impact transactions across the market. That level of experience, combined with their client-first approach, gives Stream a market-leading tenant representation team in Houston."
The team's track record includes a combined seven NAIOP Deal of the Year awards and three Broker of the Year honors among Bukowski, Strake, and Oliver.
Stream Realty Partners' Broader Platform
The additions reflect Stream Realty Partners' ongoing investment in its Houston office and its broader strategy of attracting senior talent across its national platform. The firm, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Dallas, now employs more than 1,550 professionals and reported annual transaction volume exceeding $11.5 billion across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land, and data center properties.
Stream's integrated service platform spans tenant and landlord representation, property management, capital markets, investment management, construction, construction management, national program management, workplace strategies, and research.
"I've been fortunate to work on a number of meaningful transactions throughout my career, but now having Trey, Chris, David, and Albert join the team as my partners is something I'm especially proud of," said Bukowski. "They have consistently performed at a high level year after year, which speaks not only to their talent and skill, but also to the integrity with which they serve their clients. I'm excited about what we'll accomplish together and the positive impact their leadership and professionalism will have on our team."
New Team Profiles
Chris Oliver joins as Vice Chairman. David Guion also joins as Vice Chairman. Trey Strake is likewise named Vice Chairman. Albert Spiers joins as Vice President. All four previously held senior leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield.
The team will work closely with Stream's Houston leadership to expand tenant representation services, leveraging the firm's integrated national platform to deliver strategic solutions for corporate occupiers, the company said.
