Colliers Adds Multifamily Capital Markets Veteran Matthew Pastrano as Senior Vice President in Dallas

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, Texas — May 4, 2026 — Colliers has appointed Matthew Pastrano as Senior Vice President in its Dallas office, where he will concentrate on Multifamily Capital Markets across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, the firm announced.

Pastrano, a Texas native, specializes in the representation of multifamily owners throughout the DFW market, with experience spanning recent construction, workforce housing, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets. Since 2023, he has executed more than $500 million in multifamily transactions, advising clients on market-driven strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding investment objectives.

Background and Prior Experience

Before joining Colliers, Pastrano co-led the Dallas Private Client and Middle Market platform at CBRE, where he advised multifamily owners on acquisition and disposition strategies across the DFW metroplex. Prior to that role, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at 180 Multifamily Properties, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across a diverse multifamily portfolio — experience that provides him with perspective on both the investment and advisory sides of multifamily capital markets.

Pastrano holds a degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
