Greystar, Ridge Partner on 383,000-SF Longhorn Crossing Logistics in Fort Worth Industrial Real Estate Market
FORT WORTH, Texas — Greystar and Ridge Real Estate Partners have closed on a 29-acre development site in Fort Worth's Meacham-Fossil Creek submarket, the firms announced March 24, 2026.
The project, named Longhorn Crossing Logistics, will deliver more than 383,000 rentable square feet of industrial real estate across three rear-loading buildings at the intersection of Old Decatur Road and Longhorn Road. Construction is underway, with delivery targeted for February 2027. Stream Realty Partners will serve as the leasing broker.
Project Details: Three Buildings, Flexible Tenant Options
The Longhorn Crossing Logistics development is designed to accommodate a broad range of tenant requirements, from 20,000 square feet up to 200,000 square feet. The three-building campus breaks down as follows:
Building One will encompass 70,066 square feet with a depth of 160 feet and 22 dock doors. Building Two will offer 111,968 square feet, extending 180 feet deep with 34 dock doors. Building Three — the largest of the three — will deliver 201,225 square feet, spanning 240 feet in depth and accommodating 48 dock doors.
Each building will feature a 32-foot clear height, two drive-in doors, ESFR sprinkler systems, high-bay LED lighting, and approximately 3,500 square feet of dedicated office space.

The 29-acre site sits at the intersection of Old Decatur Road and Longhorn Road, providing access to Interstate 820, Interstate 35, and Highway 287. The location also offers proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Alliance Airport, the BNSF Intermodal Facility, and Meacham International Airport.

Greystar Expands Logistics Platform; Ridge Brings Industrial Focus
Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Greystar manages and operates over $300 billion of real estate across more than 260 markets globally, with over $79 billion of assets under management, including approximately $36 billion of development assets. Greystar was founded by Bob Faith in 1993.
Ridge Real Estate Partners, the co-developer on the project, is a private equity firm focused on investments in rental housing, industrial, and life science assets in markets supported by employment and population growth. The firm is led by three principals with 15 years of partnership continuity and more than five decades of combined institutional investment experience. Ridge is currently investing on behalf of its second opportunistic fund.
No financial terms for the land closing were disclosed. Stream Realty Partners is handling leasing for the project, and delivery is expected in February 2027.
