W-Industries Expands Houston Industrial Real Estate Footprint with 241,712-SF Lease at Champions Park
HOUSTON — W-Industries has signed a 241,712-square-foot lease at the Champions Park Business Center in Houston to accommodate the continued growth of its electrical manufacturing operations, according to Colliers.
Industrial Real Estate Expansion in Houston
The new facility will serve as a dedicated location for producing low-voltage switchgear products, providing additional manufacturing capacity, improved logistics, and room for increased production to support W-Industries’ operations. The company said the expansion builds on the success of its Hockley facility, which opened in 2024.
Located near Beltway 8, Highway 249 and Interstate 45, the Champions Park property offers access to Houston’s key industrial corridors. The site includes modern warehouse and office space, ample yard area, and high-clear manufacturing bays suitable for large-scale industrial operations.
Colliers and CBRE Facilitate the Lease
Jason Dillee, Joseph Smith and Gregory Holmes of CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction. Wes Williams, Vice Chair, Principal and Director with Colliers’ Industrial team, represented W-Industries.
Supporting Growth in Manufacturing Operations
“This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and operational excellence,” said Todd Simmering, Senior Vice President of Electrification at W-Industries. “The Champions Park facility enhances our ability to serve clients with high-quality, precision-engineered products while supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.”
