Cadillac Fairview announced February 12, 2026, the acquisition of a 550,000-square-foot industrial real estate portfolio in the Greater Toronto Area West submarket, marking an expansion of the firm's logistics and distribution holdings.

The real estate acquisition comprises four newly constructed, multi-tenant industrial buildings located at 2425 & 2475 Meadowpine Boulevard and 2510 & 2520 Royal Windsor Drive in Mississauga, Ontario. All four buildings are LEED Silver certified and 100% leased to a diverse tenant base including third-party logistics operators, multinational consumer packaged goods firms, and direct-to-consumer retailers.

Strategic Industrial Real Estate Expansion

The properties offer connectivity to all 400-series highways and proximity to critical transportation infrastructure including the GO transit system, Toronto Pearson International Airport, and the CN rail network.

"This strategic acquisition in the coveted GTA West market is a significant milestone that accelerates our growth in the industrial asset class," said Sal Iacono, President and CEO of Cadillac Fairview. "We view industrial as a key pillar of our portfolio, offering strong diversification and resilient returns. The addition of this prime, fully-leased portfolio of best-in-class assets positions us for continued success in this exciting, high-demand sector."

Growing Industrial Real Estate Development Pipeline

The acquisition builds on Cadillac Fairview's expanding industrial real estate portfolio, which includes several strategic development sites. The firm's existing industrial holdings include Beaver Creek Industrial Park in Richmond Hill, Ontario, now fully leased to Amico Corporation; a 152-acre development site at Rosemont Industrial Park in Balzac, Alberta, with design work underway for the first building; and a 169-acre development site at Buttonville Industrial Park in Markham, Ontario, with entitlement efforts supporting a 3.0 million-square-foot master plan.

Financial terms of the real estate acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction represents Cadillac Fairview's continued strategic positioning in industrial real estate as the firm develops and acquires industrial properties focused on distribution and logistics.
